About Us:

Our team provides therapy from our clinics, as well as in your homes, schools or the wider community. We work in a team-based approach, liaising with you and your other allied health providers, educators, paediatricians and medical team to ensure a cohesive approach.

Green Summer Care was founded two years ago by a team of dedicated support workers committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) participants. Our primary goal is to provide individualised care, ensuring that each participant receives tailored support that allows them to live their lives to the fullest.

Our inspiration was the belief that everyone deserves an opportunity to have top-quality disability and aged care services available.

Who We Are?

Elena Tselepi, the founder of Ability Connect and her team have a unique personalised approach to support coordination due to their experience of living with and assisting loved ones with disabilities. Elena founded the company after working as a highly established injury and disability support specialist for 17 years when a close family member was diagnosed with Autism and she experienced a frustrating lack of support from a client’s perspective.
