All subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. We do not offer refunds.
Should you decide to cancel a subscription, please notify us in writing before the renewal date: cancellations@mycarespace.com.au
When cancelling a subscription, it will terminate at the end of the current subscription term. E.g. If you have a 3 month subscription and cancel after 2 months, the subscription will terminate at the end of the 3 month term.
No refund will occur.
