Powerability is led by Directors with both professional and lived experience. One of our Directors brings over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, while our leadership team also has first-hand experience raising children with disabilities, giving us a deep understanding of the challenges families face and the importance of genuine, high-quality support. We have extensive experience supporting participants with Autism and complex support needs, and our team is committed to providing culturally respectful and inclusive services.
We focus on creating supports that go beyond basic care -helping participants build confidence, independence, and connection within their communities. With fast onboarding, a responsive support team, and services available across Sydney and Melbourne, Powerability is a trusted provider dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.

PowerAbility are the best provider I've had and I've been through 6!! When I first signed up, I was given a Client Manager who handles everything for me. If I need anything, I just contact her and she gets it sorted quickly. The support workers are experienced, friendly, and genuinely care about the participants. They always focus on helping my son work towards his goals and keep me updated with progress reports. One of my son’s support workers helped him get a job, which was a huge achievement. His current support worker is more like a mentor and has made a big difference to his confidence and independence. I would definitely recommend PowerAbility to anyone looking for quality support.
