Powerability is a participant-focused support provider dedicated to delivering personalised supports that help individuals live confidently and independently. As a small, values-driven organisation, we pride ourselves on providing flexible supports tailored to each participant’s goals, needs, and aspirations. Our experienced and compassionate support workers are carefully selected for their reliability, professionalism, and strong commitment to empowering participants through meaningful community participation and skill development.

Powerability is led by Directors with both professional and lived experience. One of our Directors brings over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, while our leadership team also has first-hand experience raising children with disabilities, giving us a deep understanding of the challenges families face and the importance of genuine, high-quality support. We have extensive experience supporting participants with Autism and complex support needs, and our team is committed to providing culturally respectful and inclusive services.

We focus on creating supports that go beyond basic care -helping participants build confidence, independence, and connection within their communities.
