How to Use the NDIS Budget Calculator
Step 1: Enter your NDIS funding
Start by selecting the NDIS funding category you want to plan for and enter the amount of funding you have available.
You can calculate using your total available budget or the amount available for the time remaining in your plan.
Planning supports across more than one category? Add multiple NDIS support categories to the same calculation.
Step 2: Add the supports you want to use
Search for and select the specific NDIS support or line item you want to include. The calculator uses the relevant NDIS price to help estimate the cost. Simply enter:
- the number of hours or units of support you need;
- how often you expect to use the support, such as weekly or fortnightly; and
- how many months you want to plan for.
The calculator will estimate the total cost. You can add multiple supports to see how different services work together within your NDIS budget.
