At Infiniti Care, we provide dedicated NDIS Core Supports with a fresh, personal approach. Based in Melbourne, we are proud to support self managed and plan managed participants across the north west, western, northern, and metro/inner suburbs. Our mission is simple: to help participants achieve their goals step by step, building independence and confidence through reliable, respectful, and person centred support. While we are a new provider, our team brings years of frontline experience in disability support, nursing, and community care. We offer a wide range of Core Supports tailored to participants needs. We believe every participant deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. We work closely with them, their families and their support network to codesign plans that reflect their goals and provide the consistency they need to thrive.
