About

Care Bound Solutions

We are Western Sydney’s dedicated disability support day program, based at Seven Hills since 2022. We are not a generic support provider. We are a purpose-built, program-focused centre with structured daily routines, experienced staff, door-to-door transport by our own care workers, and a genuine family partnership model that keeps you informed and involved at every step.

Choosing a disability support program for your loved one is one of the most important decisions your family will ever make. You’re not just looking for somewhere to go you’re looking for a place where they truly belong, grow, and feel valued every single day. That’s exactly what Care Bound was built to be. We believe every person deserves support that actually fits their life not a one-size-fits-all plan that tick's boxes. We truly understand each participant their goals, their personality, and what makes them feel safe and valued. What sets us apart is simple: we treat every participant like family.
