About

Our Holiday Social Skills Activities in Brisbane are NDIS funded. Our fun activities empower social skills, development and positive relationships in groups. This includes fun activities with a range of physically and mentally stimulating environments.

The program is intended to provide our clients with a range of fun activities that empower their social skills development and assist them with positive relationships with peers and support workers.

Each day is unique with its own theme and activity to provide a diverse range of skill set to assist in developing their positive mindset.

Our Program usually runs from 9:30am-2:30pm, however are subject to change depending on availability, venue times, age restrictions or unless specified otherwise.

At Core Assist, our day programs are designed to help people with disability build confidence, make new friends, and learn practical skills for everyday living — all while having fun in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Whether you’re interested in art, music, cooking, community outings or learning how to manage your daily routine, our programs are flexible, affordable, and guided by experienced support workers.
We’re more than just a service provider — we’re your partner in progress. Our experienced team walks alongside you to ensure you’re connected to the right supports, services, and community opportunities that reflect your needs and goals.

All daily activity programs include 1:1 supports, tailored program designed to help participants establish friendships, promote confidence and independence in the community

Medication
If your child needs us to administer medication during their time at the program, please complete the medication management section on the registration form

Transport
Core Assist offers a pickup/drop off service for eligible participants. The charge is in accordance with the NDIS rate.

All children under 8 years of age must be transported using an approved child restraint (car seat or booster seat). It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to provide the restrain
