Who Can Enter

Entry is open to members registered on MyCareSpace who are residents of Australia and are 18 years of age or over. Employees of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter or agencies associated with this Promotion, including their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

During the Promotional Period, eligible Entrants will receive one entry into the Major Draw when they purchase an insurance policy through MyCareSpace using the BizCover platform. Entrants must also like the MyCareSpace social media post featuring this Promotion. All valid Entries received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period will be included in the Major Draw. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure by either the Entrant or Promoter to complete an Entry.

Promotional Period

The Promotion starts at 9:00am AEST on 10 September 2026 and closes at 5:00pm on 10 November 2026. There will be one Major Draw at the end of the Promotional Period.

Major Draw

The Major Draw will be held on 13 November 2026. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office at Level 13, Tower Two, 201 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Valid Entries will be selected at random from all eligible Entries received during the Promotional Period.

The Prizes

There are three major prizes. Each prize consists of one $100 GiftPay Voucher. The total prize pool is $300. The prizes will only be distributed within Australia. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs associated with accepting or using a Prize. Any expenses beyond the value of the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by phone and email and will be published on the BizCover website. Winners will be notified by email by 5:00pm AEST on the day the Prize is drawn. The Promoter will email the Prize to each Winner in the form of a voucher within five working days of the Draw. The Promoter will use the email address provided by the Winner when they signed up through the referral portal. If a Winner cannot be contacted or an email sent to the Winner is returned to the Promoter, the Prize may be forfeited and the Promoter may choose to draw another Winner.

Standard Terms and Conditions

Information about how to participate in the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the Schedule above. Entrants must comply with these Terms and Conditions to participate in the Promotion.

Privacy and Personal Information

The Promoter will collect, hold, use and disclose Entrants’ personal information in accordance with the BizCover Privacy Policy available at https://www.bizcover.com.au/privacy/. Entrants agree and consent to the Promoter using and disclosing their personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, providing the Prize and managing any other matters connected with the Promotion. Entrants also consent to their personal information being used for marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns, including communications by email and SMS, unless they withdraw their consent. The Promoter may also use an Entrant’s Entry for marketing and promotional purposes.

Use of Entry Material

By submitting an Entry, Entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, unrestricted and worldwide licence to use, copy, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, edit, translate, transmit, create derivative works from, broadcast or display any material or information submitted as part of the Promotion.

Invalid Entries

Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or fraudulent Entries will be considered invalid and may be removed. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants. The Promoter may disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the Entry process, including through the use of automated entry devices or software. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Changes or Cancellation of the Promotion

If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, vandalism, power failures, natural disasters or any other cause beyond BizCover’s control that affects the administration, security or integrity of the Promotion, BizCover reserves the right to terminate, suspend, modify or postpone the Promotion.

Liability

Any Entrant participating in an activity connected with the Promotion or Prize agrees, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to release and indemnify the Promoter and its contractors, employees, directors and officers from claims relating to accident, injury, property damage, financial loss or loss of life connected with participation in the Promotion or use of the Prize. This indemnity includes any cost, loss, expense, damage or liability, whether direct, indirect or consequential, including any fine or penalty incurred by an Entrant or Winner. BizCover will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with redeeming or using a Prize, including indirect or consequential loss or personal injury, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
