Our director Jo decided to start Green Harbour Home Care after a decade in the nursing industry in disability, aged and community care. During this time, she realised that with the right support, so many more in our community can achieve a higher standard of living and confidence in their abilities. 

As a mother and having a family member who has significant cognitive disabilities, Jo deeply understands some of the challenges experienced by our clients, their family and friends.

Triniti Home Care is an NDIS organization founded in 2018 by a group of highly skilled Registered Nurses.

The organisation's directors, who are Registered Nurses with over 15 years of experience, work closely with clients to offer a holistic approach to healthcare.
