About

At EmpowerUnity

We know disability support is deeply personal. It is not just about services or funding, but about being seen, heard, and supported with dignity. Too often, individuals and families are left to navigate complex systems alone. We exist to change that. As a registered NDIS provider founded by a registered Social Worker, our approach is grounded in advocacy, compassion, and holistic care.

We provide support worker assistance, support coordination, and social work services tailored to each person's goals and circumstances. We work alongside participants and families to build trust, strengthen independence, and create meaningful outcomes. At EmpowerUnity, support means more than showing up.

'It means standing beside people consistently and delivering care that empowers them to live life on their own terms.'
