Kinder Caring | MyCareSpace

About

Established in 1998, Kinder Caring continue to be dedicated to addressing the unique challenges of caring for people in their own homes. We remain a family-owned and managed business, and our core beliefs have not changed since our establishment.

Company Founder Pam Blake’s motivation for Kinder Caring was influenced by her experiences as a Registered Nurse in Hospitals, Residential Aged Care and the plight of many residents under her care.

Working in these regimented environments, Pam found that many patients were often not provided with a choice when seeking care and support. With this realisation, she began to see alternatives for those in her care and what started as an idea to offer choice, soon became a business that would grow to have offices in 3 states and 160+ Support Workers and a Nursing team delivering home care.
