About

Trusting Hands Disability Services (THDS)

Is a Registered NDIS Provider supporting participants across Canberra and surrounding regions since early 2021. Led by an experienced Registered Nurse, THDS provides compassionate, person-centred care for people living with physical disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, and mental health conditions, including those with histories of treatment in mental health settings, correctional facilities, and drug and alcohol recovery.

We specialise in High Intensity Supports, Community Nursing,  Respite care, and in-home supports that promote independence and wellbeing.

Our team assists with personal care, medication support, transport, shopping, meal preparation, medical appointments, group activities, and community access. Families can expect responsive communication, tailored support plans, and a caring team committed to dignity, recovery, and quality of life.
