I have been able to regain most of my independence
Hi my name is Jennifer I am a L1 Paraplegic and have been since I was 25 about 40 years ago now.
Until 3 years ago I was totally independent when I caught a near fatal infection where I was put into an induced coma for 1 month. It took another 4 months of Rehab in Hospital just to be able to come back to my home, however not as I was.
The only way I could live my independent life was with help of Passionate Care to rescue.
At 1st I needed full time care and nursing, now 3 years later I am not as I was, but with the kind and helpful staff I have been able to regain most of my independence and am looking forward to a future not as bleak as it might have been if Passionate Care had not been in my life to give support and help me get on with my day to day life in a way that I feel comfortable with.
