  • Family and Peer Support Groups

We provide family and peer support by helping participants and their families connect with supportive networks, share experiences, and build confidence. Our team encourages open communication, offers guidance to families, and facilitates connections with peer groups and community programs. This support helps reduce isolation, strengthen relationships, and promote emotional well-being for both participants and their families.

Special Skills

We have strong experience in advocacy, psychosocial disability and complex mental health, trauma-informed practice, FDV awareness and referrals, justice-system support, crisis/risk management, and culturally safe practice. We help participants understand rights, access services, coordinate providers, and stay safe in the community.
