At Empathy Passion Care Services

We are a nurse-led NDIS provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalised support that truly puts participants first. With over 15 years of clinical experience, we bring a deeper level of understanding, professionalism, and care into every support we provide.

Unlike larger providers, we intentionally remain small and hands-on, allowing us to build strong, meaningful relationships with our participants and ensure consistency in staffing and service delivery. We specialise in community access supports, focusing on dignity, routine, and improving quality of life.

Our approach is built on empathy, reliability, and genuine passion for making a difference, ensuring every participant feels heard, respected, and supported to achieve their goals.
