About

EMCO Community Support

Is a family-owned NDIS service dedicated to empowering participants across the Hills District and surrounding Sydney areas. Kimberly brings a rare combination of professional expertise and heartfelt compassion.

With a background as a Midwife and a Masters degree in Teaching, she has spent her career dedicated to caring for others. As a leader, mentor and entrepreneur, Lachie has built a career around inspiring people to perform at their best.

With leadership experience spanning sport and business, he is passionate about creating opportunity, and motivating others.

These foundations have inspired Kimberly and Lachie to develop EMCO with a vision to change lives through genuine care, meaningful relationships, and a commitment to quality over size. We aim to build a strong, respected organisation that never loses the warmth, trust, and personal connection that families deserve.
