The goal is to make each of our participants’ lives easier and more involved by participating within their own communities. Righteous Care Connect is a company that was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that put the participant as a priority in creating opportunities and promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.

Who We Are?

Takuro Group Australia was established in 2016 with the aim of the service is to provide case management to people who are experiencing difficulties with in communities / society to achieve their goals with quality case management practice. 

Importantly, identifying goals, creating a case plan, proving living skills, consultation, researching necessary information, positive outcome and appropriate service exiting.

Westpeak Support Services was built on the foundation of giving back to community. With combined experience of 30 years - our expert team go above and beyond in helping achieve your goals.

We exist to help you get the best outcomes from your NDIS plan and to give you the support you want and need to kick your goals. We know what it takes to assist you along your journey to independence.

Care 4 You Support Services aims to help develop daily life and living skills required to accomplish client goals. We aid individuals systematically and with home care services in Mooroopna, Victoria. Being compassionate and motivating clients with every task are a few aspects that make us a trusted NDIS provider.

Our trained and certified caregivers understand participant needs and tailor services accordingly. Additionally, to provide the best support, our caregivers assess their condition and coordinate with other support providers and family members.
