NDiCare was formed by a team of industry professionals with years of experience operating in the disability and community services sector. Our leadership team has over a decade of expertise working closely with a range of clients and stakeholders, including multiple government agencies such as The National Disability Insurance Agency, The Department Of Family Fairness and Housing, The Department of Justice and Community Safety,  Court Services Victoria, several NGO's and specialised practitioners.

At Blue Water Supports we noticed a consistent problem in our previous work with NDIS providers. We saw a need for a space where individuals with disabilities could feel heard, safe and secure.

Unfortunately, we witnessed providers ignore and neglect participants by failing to respond to calls and emails or provide the necessary support.

Care Hub Victoria was founded in 2021 primarily servicing the North-Western Melbourne suburbs. We have since expanded to all corners of Victoria with a wide range of services.

We provide inclusive services where all children, young people and adults can access the support they need to achieve their goals and develop their potential.

We started Aims Healthcare Services to provide disability support services in the comfort of one’s home. We have 11 years of experience working with Aged and Disabled individuals. We specialise in caring for elderly and disabled individuals with complex health needs and always prioritising their well-being, comfort, and dignity.

JaeMan Support collaborates closely with appointed Support Coordinators to optimise our clients’ capacity to reach goals and experience an enriched life. This strong support provider and support coordinator relationship ensures each NDIS participant receives relevant high-quality support tailored to their individual needs.

Each member of the JaeMan Family has experience supporting people living with disabilities and mental illness, grounding our work culture on a sense of understanding and compassionate care for clients.
