I have worked in mental health for five years, facilitating writing and music therapy groups, and working 1-on-1 with people to help manage their mental health. I have a passion for creating fun writing exercises and word games that help improve cognitive and emotional capacity. Each session is designed to suit your interests and help you reach your goals.
