This workshop is developed especially for NDIS Support Coordinators, LACS and other NDIS staff supporting autistic Participants.
We will explore typical and challenging behaviours, and give you insights as to their reasons and how to respond for the best outcome.
We will help you understand potential triggers and learn how to recognise and address these triggers effectively. We will give you the tools to support individuals in a neuro-affirming way.

Speaker: Madeleine Jaine Lobsey
Madeleine Jaine Lobsey is a dynamic AuDHD leader and passionate advocate for the autistic and neurodivergent community.
With over 20 years of experience in transformational leadership, she has mentored leaders across diverse industries, including politics, education, and the arts.
Since 2020, Madeleine has focused on the disability sector, joining The A List, where she became General Manager in 2023. Her leadership has driven key partnerships and projects, expanding social opportunities for neurodivergent youth.
In 2024, Madeleine founded the social enterprise, Wondiverse to further her advocacy, lead neuroinclusion training programs and create inclusive social spaces. She also hosts ASPECT’s podcast, A Different Brilliant, amplifying autistic voices.
