For NDIS Registered Providers

You need to supply the MyCareSpace Provider Team with the following when listing on our platform:

  1. Proof of NDIS Registration
If you have completed your NDIS audit and are waiting on the NDIS for your approval, you will be able to list you business in the meantime. BUT you won't be able to appear in service categories that require NDIS registration until you get your approval. E.g: Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, Behaviour Supports. You will also need to provide your registration approval document as soon as you receive it.

  2. Insurance
A minimum of Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance is required to list on MyCareSpace. If you don't yet have your NDIS Registration, you will need to provide a copy of your Certificate of Currency.

All Disability Providers

All providers, whether registered or unregistered, are subject to the following:

NDIS Code of Conduct

All registered and unregistered NDIS providers and their workers are required to comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct. There are guidelines available to help both NDIS providers and workers understand their obligations under the NDIS Code of Conduct.

See the NDIS Code of Conduct

NDIS worker orientation module

All workers whether registered or unregistered should complete the NDIS Worker Orientation e-learning Module called ‘Quality, Safety and You’.

It contains a series of videos with real-life scenarios, cleverly acted by people with disability and their support workers.

We think it is the single best video series we have seen thus far and will assist all NDIS workers to better support people with disability.
