Bridge of Light is a newly established NDIS support service providing long-term support to individuals with disabilities. Our focus is to help participants work towards both short-term and long-term goals, support skill-building, and increase independence over time. We provide assistance with social and community activities including leisure outings, attending appointments, shopping, and community participation. We also support home-based needs such as daily living skills, domestic cleaning, meal preparation, and routine building. Our practice follows the NDIS Participant’s Guide, is person-centred, respectful, and trauma-informed — ensuring each participant receives support in a way that feels safe, meaningful, and aligned with their needs.
