About

MyChoice Support Network

At My Choice Support Network, our primary focus is to provide person-centred care and support for individuals with disabilities, particularly those with complex challenging behaviours. We offer a range of support services with a focus on capacity-building programs and assistance with daily living, ensuring our participants can lead fulfilling and independent lives. We take a holistic approach to care that incorporates community involvement, fun activities, and participant-driven planning. We focus on fostering social inclusion and engagement, supporting participants through creative, interactive programs. Our Behaviour management support program is designed to manage complex behaviours, which sets us apart in providing highly specialised care. Our commitment to person-centred care sets us apart. We take the time to understand each participant's goals, preferences, and challenges, offering highly individualised support.
