Disability Support Pension

The disability support pension is a financial help for people who have a permanent physical, intellectual or psychiatric condition that stops you from working. It’s an Australian government pension for individuals that are eligible. 

The maximum amount an SDA landlord can ask a Participant to pay towards their SDA (out of pocket) is equal to: 25% of the Disability Support Pension (including the Pension Supplement) PLUS 100% of Commonwealth Rent Assistance (CRA).
