About

Health in Motion Australia  We have extensive experience working with the NDIS and people with disabilities. We pride ourselves on assisting NDIS participants in creating lifestyle goals that improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

 

Support Work 

Our Support worker, Patrick, is a kind and compassionate young male with experience across a range of disabilities. He is the ideal mentor or compansion for a younger participant, but is comfortable and experienced wroking with participants of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Patrick can help with:

  • Getting out into the community and building social skills
  • Help setting a routine and getting into good habits with domestic chores
  • Working on self care and personal hygeine
  • Help with personal activities and any daily personal care needs
  • Help with meal prep
  • Peer mentorship and goals related to building life skills
