Andrea Torres Opazo - Head of Support Coordination, Plan Partners
Andrea is Head of Support Coordination at Plan Partners. She is an expert in the NDIS, having previously worked for the NDIA and as well as having extensive experience working across the disability sector. Andrea is driven by her commitment to deliver the best possible outcomes for NDIS participants.

Nicole Lee - NDIS Participant
Nicole is an advocate for disability rights and the prevention of family violence. She provided evidence at the Royal Commission into Family Violence, has been working as a member of the Victims Survivors Advisory Council for the past 3 years, and appeared on You Can't Ask That in 2018.
Nicole has been an NDIS participant for 3 years and has a lot of experience both working with support coordinators and organising her own supports. A mother and grandmother, Nicole is currently studying for a Master’s Degree in Social Work.
