About

Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is committed to empowering individuals to shape their futures - providing tailored support recognising that everyone has unique needs and preferences.

We prioritise customer choice and family involvement for our services. We are especially dedicated to supporting people with disabilities, long-term unemployment, mental health challenges, unmet educational goals, or homelessness.

We take pride in providing culturally sensitive support to various communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, refugees, migrants, and diverse groups. With over 2 decades of experience, we offer high-quality programs and support in NSW, VIC and QLD.

Our team includes compassionate support workers who offer personalised assistance, knowledgeable support coordinators who collaborate closely with customers, and friendly administrative staff who provide crucial support to our teams. Together, we create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
