The Local Area Coordinators of Latrobe Community Health Service would like to invite providers to register their interest in taking part in our Get Connected: Exploring Choice & Control event.
What’s the aim?
- Link disability service providers and NDIS staff together, for collaboration in the market
- Collect price lists for services to help you choose supports
- Inform people how they can link in with disability services and NDIS supports
- Engage in discussion groups aimed at Industry or Customers
Morning session: 10am – 1.30pm
Afternoon session: 2.30pm – 6pm
Setup 9.30am and 2.00pm
Provider Selection Criteria:

Your services need to be available to people living in Inner East Melbourne and
- You must be willing to share your price list with attendees.
