YOUNIFIED CARE is a Registered NDIS Provider offering disability care services that are tailored to your needs, interests, and goals to help you live a fulfilling and happier life. Our founding team has over a decade of experience, working in health care and disability. The business was started based on family experience with disability. We saw first hand the impact that good quality care can have on a loved one. We made a decision to start this passion project with the promise to treat everyone like family.

Our Services:

Allied Health

Therapeutic supports including Occupational Therapy,

Speech Pathology,

Physiotherapy (waiting lists), 

Counselling and Behaviour Therapy (No waitlists for these services).

Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner on staff and that Younified can offer Telehealth for these services, if need be. 

Our therapists are both mobile and in centre (Fairfield West)

We have dedicated teams available for: lawn mowing/garden care. 

Personal Care / In - Home Care

Showering, dressing, toileting, mealtime assistance, helping take care of all your personal, hygiene and grooming needs.

Household Tasks

Feel comfortable and happy in your own home with help in meal preparation, cleaning, yard maintenance, linen, and home-office duties.

Community Participation

Support to get out, exercise, take a class, volunteer, attend events etc.

Independent Living and Respite

Maintain your independence with help to perform errands like medical appointments or visiting the bank. We can even do your shopping and put away your groceries for you.

Group and Centre-Based Activities

Our programs offer an inclusive environment and the opportunity for learning, friendship, growth and most importantly, fun!

We have a new centre in Fairfield West where we run group activities, day programs, school holiday programs, and more!

We do whole day, haf day, single sessions

We take people out into the community and do outdoor activities, as well as things in our centre. Thr goup activities are adjusted to suit individual needs and intersts

Assistive Products

Aids or equipment that assist you to live independently or assist a carer to support your needs.

Support Coordination (Level 1-2)

Support to help you understand how you can use your NDIS plan to achieve your goals.

• we have a range of SCs available, our SC's are tertiary educated, have worked in special education, allied health, and really broad NDIS experience.
• We have male and female requested
• Our SCs speak langauges other than english - ask our freindly team how we can support you :)
