  • Daily Living & Personal Care: Consistent, skilled support to build daily routines and confidence - self-care, household tasks, overnight sleepovers, morning/evening routines
  • Community Access & Mentoring: Emotional safety meets practical skill-building—perfect for psychosocial needs eg. group-based community activities, hobbies, events, classes. Social / Civic Participation in Sydney Metro, Logan, Dandenong, Newcastle and Gold Coast 
  • Support Coordination: Strategic, participant-led coordination focused on outcomes, not overload. 
  • Home & Living Supports (STA/MTA): Fully rostered support and transitional care with a therapeutic mindset. 
  • Domestic Assistance (NDIS Cleaning): Professional cleaning and home help from a dedicated internal team - house-cleans, other household activities, basic housework. Available in: Western Sydney, Logan and  Dandenong

    • Resume and Interview Coaching: Our team works closely with participants to craft professional resumes and develop interview skills, ensuring they are well-prepared to make a strong impression with potential employers.
    • Vocational Skills Development: We offer personalized vocational training that aligns with participants' career interests and capabilities, including practical, on-the-job learning experiences.
    • Ongoing Job Mentorship and Support: Once placed in employment, we continue to provide mentorship, helping individuals navigate workplace challenges and build long-term career success.
