Since 1952, Sunnyfield has grown in depth and breadth of support services. Sunnyfield’s Disability Employment Services aims to gain and maintain meaningful jobs for people with disability. No matter what stage you’re at in your career journey, Sunnyfield can assist you from School Leaver Employment Supports to Supported Employment in one of our ADE’s.

Work, life or leisure, we support children, youth and adults with disability to build independence in every opportunity, find a place to call home, connect with their community & build skills for life.

SLES

At Sunnyfield, School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is more than just a program, it’s a community that invests in the future of young people with disability aged 16+. We tailor our supports to align with your life goals, creating a pathway to meaningful employment and independence. Through real-world experiences and skill-based training, our SLES program is the perfect way to transition from school to work seamlessly.
