Our team work closely with all participants to make sure they receive the best support to complete their plan Goals. 

Our services are very flexible and cater to supporting fulfillment of individuals’ needs, and goals as required with time and circumstance changes. 

 

Services Provided

Daily Tasks and Life Skills

  • Personal hygiene - oral hygiene, showering, dressing, grooming
  • Domestic Assistance – Cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, linen change, laundry.  
  • Social support - Medical/ General appointments, shopping, social activities, visiting friends / family
  • Meals / Eating - feeding assistance, groceries, preparing meals (with assistance / supervision), develop problem-solving skills
  • Financial Management - Paying bills, use money efficiently within budget
  • New technology learning and support
  • Dressing – select clothing for weather / occasion.
  • Mobility and transferring: in / out of bed, toilet assistance, moving from sitting to standing, walking to/from locations
  • Continence: access to toilet, and related tasks
  • Nursing offered by Registered Nurses.

 

Community Participation

  • Improves individuals’ health status / quality of life.
  • Assist participants to remain independent as possible. 
  • Learning/growing opportunities, and making new connections in community 
  • Join new hobbies, make new friends, reduce anxiety, stress, and boost your confidence
  • Try new or existing activities eg. exercise sessions, swim classes, sports, gardening, or volunteering programs.

 

Travel and Transport

  • Attending medical/general appointments, accompanying around community eg. shopping, meeting friends
  • Attend school/college, weekly/regular trips to transport as required.
  • Shop by list, attending work/school 

 

Personal Training

We offer a mobile service in the comfort of your own 

 

Computer Training

  • Keep in touch with friends / family
  • Access government and medical accounts and portals, and other essential services
  • Watch movies, listen to music, access safe chat groups for new connections
  • Learn accessing safe social media, and how to avoid scammers 
  • Online shopping eg. Coles, Woolworths
  • Pay bills online and stay updated with banking

 

Household Tasks

  • Vacuuming, mopping, dusting/wiping
  • kitchen cleaning including sinks, taps, benches, microwaves
  • Bathrooms eg. toilets, showers, and baths
  • Gardening, backyard cleans
  • Garbage disposal, other permissible household tasks

 

Innovative Community participation

  • Socialise / make connections, new friends with same interests
  • Learn new or build existing skills, access new skill-building opportunities
  • Increase independence, ability to live on your own / look after yourself 
  • Improve mental health / social interaction outcomes
