How to purchase our products with NDIS funding

Participants must have a current NDIS approved Service Plan that includes provision for the purchase of Assistive Technology. For further information visit the NDIS website.

A quote for assistive technology products (in some cases) needs to be submitted to the NDIS for approval before an order can be placed. Quotes can be self-generated by adding specific items to cart and clicking the ‘Generate Quote’ button.

Service Plans can be:

Agency Managed:

Agency Managed participants can request a quote for any item/s on this website by clicking the following link and filling out the details. Upon written order confirmation, and once all items are allocated, Spectronics will process a Service Booking Request, once approved a Request for Payment will be submitted via the NDIS Portal. Payments from NDIS are typically processed within a few days, upon which the items will be despatched to the nominated address.

Plan Managed:

If you are Plan managed, place an order through the webstore, select invoice school/organisation in the payment method area and ensure to add participant details and the plan managers email address into the notes section. Upon receipt of payment, orders will be despatched to the nominated address.

Self-Managed:

Self-Managed participants can place an order as usual through our webstore and once payment is received, the order will be despatched.
