Gateway to understand the nidis
Plan Partners is a great gateway to understand what the nidis is and how it all works. I really like the pictures on the website that help you explain what plan partners does as a service for your ndis plan.
Getting the Ndis is such a long frustrating process but with plan partners the process has become a lot easier in getting the services i need for my everyday life.
My support coordinator Tina has done a really good job in helping me breakdown my plan and help me understand how I got this funding amount for the different categories that I got funded in.
Then outline the best way i can use my current ndis plan to suit my lifestyle needs and has even given me recommendations on how to make my next ndis plan even better.
The added bonus is that Tina has a background working with people with special needs. So, you the client can rest easy knowing that Tina has the knowledge along with other skill sets and empathy so you can maximize the full potential of your ndis plan.
I would highly recommend trying to get Tina as your support coordinator Tina is always available if you have concerns or questions Tina has a great knowledge and understanding of the Ndis System.

I was looking to relocate my daughter from NSW to SA and I could not do it without a support coordinator. With the help of MyCarespace I was put in touch with Plan Partners and Sophie Pham helped me. They rearranged things despite not having someone locally to support me. They just said "leave it with me" and made a plan!
