Who are Plan Management Partners?

Plan Management Partners are a leading expert in NDIS plan management and support coordination. We help people with a disability bring their NDIS plans to life.

We’ve helped hundreds of Australians get the most out of their NDIS plans by taking care of the time consuming and tricky paperwork and finding them the best supports for their individual situation.         

We’re independent, so you have the peace of mind of knowing that we’re acting in your best interests and getting you the best possible supports available.

Is plan management right for me?

When it comes to managing your NDIS funds, there are three options available to you:

1. Plan managed:            Use an organisation to manage your NDIS funding and pay service providers. 

2. Self-managed:             Take control of all elements of your plan. You’ll manage invoices, service agreements and make sure that service providers are paid with your NDIS funds.

3. NDIS managed:           The NDIS will manage your service providers and funds, however you can only use specific service providers that are registered with the NDIS.

Many choose plan management because it offers the most choice and flexibility with the least amount of stress and effort.

A big advantage of plan management is that you can also access providers that aren’t NDIS registered. Many providers, especially the smaller ones, provide quality services but haven’t registered with the NDIS yet because of the administration involved. Through Plan Management Partners, you can use your funds to access this large network of great providers.

What is support coordination?

In addition to plan management, Plan Management Partners also offer support coordination.

Through our extensive and growing network of providers, we’ll help you to find the right providers for your specific situation and goals, and help you to set up service agreements with them. 

How much does this cost?

Another big benefit of both plan management and support coordination is that they can be funded by the NDIS - meaning there’s no cost to you. To take advantage of this, be sure to include plan management (under the category ‘Improved Life Choices’) and support coordination in your NDIS plan.
