Nurtured Spark was founded out of the passion its founding director - a Qualified Social Worker with over 15 years experience - has for working with individuals and families. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalised care and companionship, either in the comfort of your own home or within our welcoming residences. Our compassionate team is committed to treating each participant with dignity and respect.

At Nurtured Spark, we take the trust placed in us by our participants, their families and other stakeholders seriously, aiming to consistently provide the same dedicated support worker for each shift whenever possible. Our streamlined in-person assessment and onboarding process ensures that we can begin providing services promptly.
