Nextt is a leading Australian provider of services that empower people with disability to get more out of life.

With over 1800 staff and services across NSW, QLD, SA and VIC, we provide quality support to more than 1200 clients each year.

Over the last 22 years we have built a strong service that specialises in supporting people with a broad range of disabilities including autism, psycho-social disability, cognitive support needs, high physical support needs and Acquired Brain Injury. We have developed communities of practice to support our staff and clients with specific skill and support requirements. Our focus is on person-centred active support to assist each person to get more out of life.

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTS

Capacity Building

We support individuals who have a disability or face mental health challenges to manage a complex range of needs including::

  • Individualised supports in the home and in the community
  • Capacity building
  • Community inclusion services

Core Supports

  • Assistance with daily life
  • Accessing transport
  • Accessing consumables
  • Assistance with social and community participation

 

Support Coordination

Our highly experienced team of support coordinators help you:

  • Access the funding and services available to you, including mainstream, community, informal and formal options
  • Choose preferred support options or providers
  • Negotiate preferred services, as well as develop service agreements and create service bookings with preferred providers
  • Arrange any assessments you need
  • Manage your budget to get maximum value out of your plan
  • Understand your personal responsibilities under service agreements, resolve problems or issues that arise and change or end service agreements.

 

ATTENDANT CARE + REHAB

Our expertise in attendant care ensures that every participant receives the best service to assist them to live as independently as possible. We can help participants with:

  • Personal care routines
  • Managing medications
  • Managing day to day routine
  • Getting involved in community  activities
  • Attending appointments
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and clinical team as appropriate
