Little Dreamers Australia | MyCareSpace

About

Little Dreamers is Australia’s leading Young Carer organisation, supporting young people between the ages of four and 25 across six support programs.

A Young Carer is someone aged 25 or under who provides care for a family member affected by disability, chronic or mental illness, addiction, or frail age.

We know from experience that being a carer can be an amazing thing! Young Carers often learn compassion, kindness and empathy from having a caring role, and develop an incredible bond with the person they care for. But being a Young Carer can also significantly impact on one’s education, social life, employment and mental and physical health. That’s where we come in!

Through regular holiday activities, an online communcation hub, mentoring, Dream Experiences and a range of other support services, Little Dreamers strives to ensure that no Young Carer is disadvantaged or left behind as a result of their caring role.
