Hunter Home Modifications are Newcastle's home modification specialists: helping the elderly and people with a disability improve their independence.

A not for profit community-based organisation providing timely, practical and high quality services that promote a client centered approach, choice, and lifestyle.

Making a difference to the lives of clients - allowing them to remain living safely in their own homes for as long as they are able.

Our construction team has in excess of 100 years of combined building experience and over 25 years at completing Home Modifications.

We're fully accredited with a full NSW Builders License and all work is carried out by fully qualified, insured and licenced tradespeople.

Whether it's modifications such as an access ramp or your doors widened, a full bathroom or kitchen modification or smaller items such as hand and grab rails - you can be confident that Hunter Home Modifications can help.
