I incorporate Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with all hypnosis sessions. You might be surprised at the range of problems that hypnotherapy and NLP can help you with. In anxiety and depression, there are useful techniques that I can teach you to manage the symptoms and build a compelling future, while we resolve the underlying trigger. My techniques in hypnotherapy are varied to suit your needs. You are probably familiar with timeline regression and this is just one of the many techniques I use, where relevant. Timeline is focused on guiding you back to the underlying source of your issue. Trauma, phobias, anxiety, depressionand other problems can often be ‘dislodged’ with the use of timeline therapy as we uncover and resolve the original trigger. Your unconscious mind knows where it all started, even when your waking mind doesn’t!
Treating anxiety and/or depression may have spin-off benefits which help with other symptoms such as weight issues or smoking, if it is emotional eating/smoking stemming from anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, low self-worth or unresolved conflicts, for example. Resolving underlying triggers is key to your success, as is learning how to use easy hypnotic techniques to help you reach a state of balance and rewire your brain. Weight issues and smoking are just two of the more common examples of associated conditions which may be improved with anxiety/depression therapy.
