At Firmly Strong, I offer more than just personal training—I bring a psychology-informed approach to lifelong strength and wellbeing. As a former mental health clinician turned strength coach, I merge evidence-based resistance training with behavioural insight to address postural imbalances, joint pain and injury while building lean muscle, functional strength and resilience. I work with people recovering from injury or living with disability, including NDIS participants, tailoring safe programs that restore alignment, mobility and confidence while also supporting mood, focus and self-esteem. My trauma-aware, person-centred coaching style ensures safety, posture correction and personalised support form the foundation for sustainable fitness and lifestyle change—empowering you to feel stronger, more confident and capable well beyond the gym.
