Jessica May is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the innovative new start-up Enabled Employment, a labour hire company for people with a disability. Enabled Employment is unique in Australia and possibly the world with its approach of using flexible arrangements to enable highly capable people with a disability to find productive and well-paid employment. Enabled Employment makes it easy for businesses to fill skill gaps. The company has won many awards for inclusion and business, and we have over 300  employers advertising jobs on our website.

The website is a freelance recruitment hub which charges employers to advertise. We partner with businesses to provide you with a strategic resource to 'enable inclusion and empower diversity in the workforce.'

We are a company that primarily exists to provide employers with the opportunity to increase their diversity through employing people with a disability, their carers, ex-service personnel including the Australian Defence Force and Emergency Services, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and Senior Australians. Our virtual platform offers a national profile, with flat rates and no hidden fees for employers, and is free to candidates. All pricing information is available on our website.

We ensure candidates receive award wages, and broker accessible working arrangements.

Employers pay a fee for service dependent on candidate qualifications and experience, and your requirements for service.

Fees charged contribute to site maintenance and development, recruitment services to our clients, and generalised services to our candidates. Our current candidate database covers both regional and metropolitan areas throughout Australia, who have a broad range of skills and qualifications. They include skilled candidates with translatable TAFE and university acquired skills, and those with more formalised qualifications.
