Cuido
We are Cuido, a home / outreach healthcare team inspired by the Spanish word “look after someone”. That’s precisely our expertise. We provide early intervention services and positive behavior support to children and young adults on the autism spectrum and with developmental delays, such as learning challenges, cerebral palsy and intellectual delays. We believe in promoting independence and uplifting the spirits of individuals, empowering them to live their lives to the fullest.
Cuido provides a comprehensive selection of early intervention services and assistance to neurodivergent clients presenting with Autism, ADHD and neurodevelopmental disorders. Our team comprises exceptionally proficient professionals who are dedicated to fostering positive behaviour and mental health. Our ultimate goal is to help these individuals lead fulfilling lives and achieve their full potential.
Cuido offers outreach services, also known as mobile services or community-based services, which is a form of therapeutic intervention that takes place outside of traditional clinical settings.
It involves professionals and therapists travelling to the individual’s home, school, or community to provide therapy and support services. This approach recognises that some individuals may find it challenging to attend professional sessions due to factors such as physical disabilities, transportation issues, mental health conditions, or social/environmental factors.
Outreach services can be beneficial for individuals who may feel more comfortable or secure receiving professional services in familiar environments. It also allows therapists and professionals to observe clients in their natural surroundings, gaining insights into their daily challenges and tailoring interventions accordingly. We offer Face-to-face intervention, Individual therapy, or via telehealth services.
