Westpeak Support Services was built on the foundation of giving back to community. With combined experience of 30 years - our expert team go above and beyond in helping achieve your goals.

We exist to help you get the best outcomes from your NDIS plan and to give you the support you want and need to kick your goals. We know what it takes to assist you along your journey to independence.

We are a team of NDIS Support Coordinators, currently operating in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and in Adelaide.

NDIS Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and ILO Exploration and Design are the only things we do. Ethics are very important to us.

Our job is to work hard for our clients, to get the most out of their NDIS funding, and to give them the best shot at achieving their goals.

They both have extensive experience workin with individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. We a Registered NDIS Support Provider aiming to raise the standard of disability support through integrating a unique value system that helps our employees & participants thrive and reach their goals. Our goal is to help others reach theirs while supporting them all the way.

We provide core disability supports and mental health support services. We specialise in providing supports to people from diverse ethnic backgrounds. We value diversity & culture because we are caring for individuals with unique stories.
