Northcote Aquatic & Recreation Centre has successfully launched a unique program to teach swimming to members of the community who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. This program is the first of its kind and welcomes absolutely everybody to join in!

Using the unique and wonderful skills of our Swim Teacher Laura, we offer lessons to children and adults who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing where they can communicate using Auslan and benefit from learning vital life skills.
