Our dedicated staff have extensive experience in disability care and are multilingual. They are passionate in providing our participants personal care, social support, domestic assistance, assist personal acativity high, community nursing, Daily task and shared living, participate in community, plan management and transport assistance.

What We Offer
Support Workers
We have an amazing team of dedicated workers that can support participants in the following ways:
Assistance with Travel/Transport
- Provides travel and transport services to people with disability to independently travel.
- Dedicated staff will Provide participants training support to use public transport and to make your travel easy and comfortable.
- Students: transport to and from school or any other educational facility;
- Going tot he shops, such as local centres
- Tending appointments and visiting family
- Travelling around the community
- All staff have a valid Working with Children Check, Police check and valid qualifications to work in this Industry.
Our dedicated support workers will help you maintain a healthy and safe environment by supporting with:
- domestic chores
- assistance with meal preparation
- cleaning
- dishwashing
- clothes washing
- fresh linen and ironing
- home and garden maintenance to maintain a safe
- secure and healthy environment.
- safe, scheduled and convenient daily household tasks in advance to help you get:
- Your essential Household tasks.
Please note that we have cleaning AND gardening services available!
Support Coordination level 1
- Social work background and disability support
- Strong mental heath and duel disability experience
Community Participation/Community Access
- We work with our participants to understand their needs and interests then we connect them with local groups and options in their area
- We have workers available who can attend with the participant if needed, and can arrange transport to and from these options
