NADO Disability Services is a registered NDIS Provider and community-based charity that supports people with disabilities, their families and carers across the Penrith and Blue Mountain region.
Founded in 1980 by local families, NADO creates an environment where people living with a disability can flourish and grow.
It is a local organisation rich in knowledge and networks that have been forged over many years of service and collaboration with the community.
Our founders have over 10 years of experience in Nursing, Disability support and Risk & Compliance Management. They both have extensive experience workin with individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. We a Registered NDIS Support Provider aiming to raise the standard of disability support through integrating a unique value system that helps our employees & participants thrive and reach their goals. Our goal is to help others reach theirs while supporting them all the way.
We provide core disability supports and mental health support services. We specialise in providing supports to people from diverse ethnic backgrounds. We value diversity & culture because we are caring for individuals with unique stories.
