The product broke the first time it was used
Tempo have been slow to respond, if they respond at all, rude when discussing the opinions of the company enaged to make repairs and dismissive of my concerns.
After attempting to seek a refund with no response, I've had to engage the support of Consumer affairs along with the ACCC.

After the trike rack failed on first use, the company offered to make repairs Initially I found it hard to find somebody willing to work on the product due to the poor workmanship, and when I did have I was informed that it would never be a safe product. On this advice, I contacted tempo for a refund. It was then that the company stopped responding to comminucation. Unfortunatly now it is in the hands of the lawyers.
