SIL - Current Vacancy Listings
Gardenia – Wadalba, NSW. 2259 – two vacancies
This purpose-built home is well suited for someone who has limited to no mobility. This household focuses on maximising your independence through capacity-building routines, encouraging all participants to take part in the home upkeep and daily responsibilities. Supported 24/7 by Sunnyfield staff, residents have freedom and control over their environment with peace-of-mind knowing that assistance is always available.
Gardenia House currently has four residents, aged over 55. Two residents attend day program and work during the week, while the other two enjoy a retired life at home. Living on the Central Coast means these housemates love a trip to the beach for a swim when the sun is shining. During their downtime, some residents like to knit or crochet. Completing tasks independently is important to the residents, with one who has mastered the art of laundry.

Orana House – Terrey Hills, NSW, 2084
Backing on to the Ku-Ring-Gai National Park, this is a nature-lovers dream with plenty of walking trails and surrounding greenery.
This house is suited for those that have limited to full mobility due to its two-storey layout.
As this is a social household, you’ll have the opportunity to build on your communication and social skills, connecting with like-minded people. Supported 24/7 by Sunnyfield staff, residents have freedom and control over their environment with peace of mind knowing that assistance is always available.
Orana House currently has 4 residents, aged 25 to 55.
The housemates like to keep active with local employment, social clubs, bowling and swimming. Collectively they all work towards furthering their independent living skills, focusing on communication, paid employment opportunities, healthy diets, fitness and community participation where possible.

With separate living, dining and outdoor common areas, you’ll have a nice balance of socialising with your housemates and taking some time to yourself if you feel the need. Freshly renovated with modern decor, Apache house has a warm welcoming vibe, while giving you complete design over your room to make it your own. Supported 24/7 by Sunnyfield staff, you’ll have freedom and control over your environment with peace-of-mind knowing that assistance is always available.
Apache House currently has 2 male and 1 female residents, aged 25 to 35. Walks along the beach are a favourite group activity amongst the housemates, and with the many Northern Beaches on your footsteps, there is plenty to explore. Back in the home, the food network is popular. Housemates love to learn new recipes and culinary skills to practice when making dinner.
